Abstract: Colorful collection of menus, patient and dining room, for the Loma Linda Sanitarium and Hospital, Loma Linda, California from 1913 to 1955. Included are daily menus and special holiday menus. As the Sanitarium and Hospital were strictly vegetarian, such is reflected in the menus and the changes in dietary recommendations and research over the years are also evident. Some of the menus retain the individual patient’s meal choices, together with their name and room number.
